ROOMS Rooms vary in size and style, some are traditionally furnished and some are modern. They are all equipped with all the modern facilities and in good conditions along with the bathrooms. Many rooms also offer lagoon view and small balconies. RESTAURANT There is a large restaurant/breakfast room surrounded by large windows to enjoy the views. The restaurant is elegantly furnished and it offers international and local specialities. EXTERIOR Historical 4-storey building recently restored, painted bright orange with white frames around the windows and green shutters. LOBBY Lobby is small and very warm and welcoming with white leather sofas and armchairs surrounding coffee tables. Plants and flowers are placed everywhere to adorn and contribute to the elegant environment. To complete the whole there are marvellous Murano chandeliers. There is also an American bar and a beautiful gift shop. GENERAL Very good property in an excellent location, 10 minutes by boat from San Mark's square or 10 minutes walk to the beach. (CQ0505)

Hotel is ideally located just opposite the Lido pier at the beginning of the boulevard that leads to the beach. It overlooks the lagoon and from its balconies or panoramic terraces it is possible to enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the lagoon watching Venice right on the background.
